PRICES are gender neutral and can be found in my scheduling system.

My book is only open 8 weeks out at a time with new appointments opening up daily Wed-Fri, so check back if it's full. I do offer some after hours appointments evenings and Saturdays priced at time and a half (also listed) You can find under the provider profile- Jo-Premium pricing in my scheduling system. You can also turn on notifications to my Instagram stories to find out when I have cancellations.

CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS
​
Time is one of our most valuable assets. No shows and cancellations the day of appointment will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment to the card on file. Cancellation within 36 hours will be charged half of the scheduled appointment. To avoid any charges, I ask that you please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations so your slot has a chance to refill. In the event that you are late, we get done what we can in that time. Please understand that it is not fair to keep my next client waiting.

No show and last minute cancellation repeat offenders will be required to make payment in advance.

POLICIES

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will gladly make any necessary adjustments at no additional charge. Please note that I cannot guarantee haircuts if hair was in a ponytail, hat, etc. as I cannot get a true reading of the hair.
ARRIVING

On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time so that you are sure to receive the best possible service and to help keep me on schedule. Don't forget to allow time for parking. If for unforeseen reasons you are late, I will certainly do my best to accommodate you.
